Our signature half-caffeinated coffee crafted for full flavor with less caffeine. This blend combines 50% Colombia El Vergel Natural EA Sugarcane Decaf with 50% rotating fruit co-fermented coffees, delivering expressive aromatics, layered sweetness, and a smooth, balanced finish, perfect from morning to night.

The Decaf Process: Ripe Red and Yellow Caturra cherries undergo anaerobic fermentation, followed by staged drying and stabilization. The coffee is then gently decaffeinated using sugarcane-derived ethyl acetate (EA), preserving vibrant fruit character and richness.

Available as three fruit co-fermented 50/50 half-caf blends, a regular 50/50 Guava Banana (natural anaerobic fermentation), and a full Decaf Natural EA sugarcane.
