Introducing the 50/50 half-caf blend, is brewed from a creative collab between Soulwrx Coffee and Reonda, crafted exclusively for our Artist Collaboration Series.

Artist: Reonda

A Hong Kong-born, Brooklyn-raised indie folk singer-songwriter, blends delicate guitar work and introspective lyrics inspired by artists like Elliot Smith and Nick Drake. Her multicultural background enriches her music, exploring themes of solitude and self-discovery. Alongside her debut album Lightness of Being and EP Moon, Reonda also founded Bowoo, a brand for handcrafted guitar cases, and has been practicing luthiery for years. Her unique mix of musical talent, craftsmanship, and entrepreneurship makes her a standout in the indie music scene.

Sketches // A music + design project

Each cassette is dubbed individually in real time. Every element, from recording and dubbing to artwork design and packaging, is done in my home music and design studio based in Brooklyn, NY.

This 100% DIY cassette contains hi-fi stereo "audio sketches" of musical ideas and demos of unreleased songs. Recorded on a vintage short spinet piano and 2 acoustic guitars. Each side contains 6 tracks, with a total of 12 tracks on both side.

This unique blend harmonizes the vibrant, fruity notes of Tanzania Peaberry with the smooth, chocolatey undertones of Mexico Decaf, made possible by the Mountain Water Process. This special decaffeination method, used for coffee from the Yajalon region of Chiapas, preserves the coffee's natural flavors by gently removing caffeine with pure water from the Pico de Orizaba mountain—ensuring a clean, chemical-free decaf. Grown at high altitudes, Yajalon coffee offers a balanced profile with notes of chocolate, nuts, and mild acidity. Together, these elements create a symphony of flavors that awaken your senses without overwhelming them.

Tasting Notes: Zesty fruitiness dances with smooth, nutty chocolate. A perfectly balanced, medium-bodied brew that’s bold but never too much.
