Meet Tropical Splash Pink Borbon, a bold and innovative coconut co-fermented coffee. Expect tropical brightness, creamy sweetness, and a refreshing citrus snap.
The Process: Hand-selected Pink Borbon cherries are co-fermented with yeast and coconut flavors in anaerobic tanks for 144 hours. After fermentation, the coffee is sun-dried for 30 days with lemon peel, combining sun and mechanical drying for depth and consistency. The beans are then stabilized for 45 days before milling.
Flavor Profile: Citrus, coconut, lemonade, tropical fruits, and a creamy finish.

The coconut flavor really comes through but doesn’t overpower the coffee aroma. There’s also a hint of light lemon, so it’s not sweet like those vanilla coffees. Just right!
I tried the Colombia Huila Tropical Splash coffee beans this week and I’m blown away. The coconut flavor stands out in the best way — subtle, natural, and incredibly addictive. Every cup has this amazing aroma that fills the room, and I honestly find myself thinking about it throughout the morning. This has easily become one of my new favorite coffees.
